And if you have not contacted us previously

We are happy to provide expert commentary, with a distinctive but well-evidenced take, in the following main areas:

  • Regulation (including all aspects of the RDR)
  • Wealth management
  • Financial planning
  • Investment processes (asset allocation, active vs passive, quantitative vs judgemental)
  • Generic investment products (all, old and new)
  • Pensions (retirement planning, vesting and contribution strategies, wrappers)
  • Skills
  • Industry business models and strategies

We will also take the time to provide background briefing for finance journalists on complex topics. But there are a few things we do not do. We will not put forward clients for media case studies, we do not do ‘wealth tests’ and we do not consider ‘market views’ to be expert commentary. We don’t do stock tips of fund picks – but we will talk about funds or products in terms of generic characteristics or context.

Finance journalists using the online Blue Book of Media IFAs should check our entry.
